WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since we print certain products, when ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check the size chart for each product before ordering or send us an email with questions.
The following items are custom made at the time of purchase; we do not have inventory on hand.

We do not issue refunds on these items unless it is defective or damaged. Please check and review the description area of each product for additional return/exchange policies.
If the above items are damaged or defective, these items will be exchanged for the same type of product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and without makeup stains. It must also be in the original packaging.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS (if applicable)
If you are unhappy with purchases, that do not fall under the guidelines of non-refundable items, please send it back within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) & RMA# on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Noir Girl Magic™ E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on NoirGirlMagic.com. E-Gift Cards never expire!
Please note that final sale items, sunglasses, accessories, jewelry, and bodysuits are final sale and do not qualify for returns. FINAL SALE items are nonexchangeable nor returnable! If unqualified items are returned you will be subjected to paying the return shipping fees. We will only hold the returned package for 30 days before we deem the package as abandoned.

THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING/DEFECTIVE/ NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #NoirGirlMagic!
If you could kindly print and fill out this form, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Please provide an image of defect when reported. If not reported, we will not issue credit. Defective items that are returned must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Noir Girl Magic™ and product tags attached.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
Noir Girl Magic™ reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns of defective items from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Noir Girl Magic™ reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Noir Girl Magic™ does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?
Currently, we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Personalized/Custom items, sunglasses, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, clearance and sale items, and gift cards are final sales. *Please be sure to check our size charts to ensure you select the correct size for you.

Please note we print certain products when ordered. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your applicable return. Once the returned item is received, an E-gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an E-gift card to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
