How do I create rewards?
Click on the Loyalty Reward Club link in the navigation menu. If you don't have an account, create one. There are several ways members can earn points.
- Create an account and earn 50 points
- For every purchase made, members earn 5 points for every $1 spent.
- Earn an additional 10 points for giving Noir Girl details like; gender and birthday.
- Members who provide their birthday will receive 10 points on their birthday!
- Refer a friend and earn 50 points and your friend will get a 10% off coupon for their first purchase.
- Like us on Facebook and get 50 points
- Follow us on Instagram and earn 50 points
- Follow us on Twitter and earn 50 points
- See, there are many ways to earn points.
How to redeem my reward points?
Sign into your account to redeem a reward and get your unique reward coupon code, simply click Redeem on the reward you want to redeem. If you do not have an account then create one to start earning!
Do the points get taken away from the member's balance when they redeem a reward?
Yes, as soon as a reward is redeemed, the member's points balance is adjusted.
Do points expire?
No, points do not expire.
Can members redeem more than one reward at a time?
Even if a member has enough points to redeem multiple rewards, they can only use one reward discount code at checkout at a time.
Can a member redeem their discount code more than once?
No, reward discount codes are unique and only available for one-time use.
Do I need to order every month?
No, you do not have order every month to keep your reward points active.
How will I know how many points I have?
Click the
Loyalty Reward Club on the navigation bar, the Noir Girl VIP Club tab on the left side of each page on the website, or click here. Once you log in, you will be able to see your reward points
I placed an order but I don’t see the points I earned; why?
Your new points will be activated once your order has been shipped. You should see your points as pending in your account. You will have to wait until then to use your new point. This time frame allows for changes, cancellations, or out of stock orders which can affect your point balance.
